DarziDarwazePe provides personalized tailoring, stitching, custom design, alteration, and styling services, including doorstep/home-visit services.

Appointments may be booked through our website, WhatsApp, telephone, or other communication channels made available by DarziDarwazePe.
Customers are expected to provide accurate contact details and be available at the agreed appointment time.
We reserve the right to reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, operational requirements, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to inform the customer as soon as possible.
We accept payments through available payment methods, which may include:
A booking fee or advance payment may be required before an order or service is confirmed.
A 50% advance payment of the total order value is required to confirm and begin an order, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The remaining balance must be paid as communicated during the order or before delivery/collection of the completed garments, as applicable.
If DarziDarwazePe purchases fabric or other materials on your behalf, the full cost of such fabric or materials must be paid upfront.
Once fabric or materials have been purchased specifically for an order, the applicable cost may be non-refundable where the materials cannot reasonably be returned or reused.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their measurements, preferred styles, designs, fabric requirements, colors, and other specifications.
Where measurements are taken by DarziDarwazePe, the measurements recorded during the consultation will be used for production.
Customers should carefully communicate any specific fitting or design requirements before production begins. Changes requested after production has started may result in additional charges or changes to the delivery timeline.
Delivery timelines depend on the type, complexity, quantity, fabric availability, and specific requirements of each order.
Any estimated delivery date provided by DarziDarwazePe is an estimate and may change due to circumstances such as material availability, design changes, additional alterations, or unforeseen events.
We will make reasonable efforts to complete and deliver orders within the agreed or estimated timeframe.
We aim to provide garments that meet the agreed measurements and design requirements.
Minor alterations may be offered after delivery within a specified period, subject to the terms communicated during the consultation.
Alterations required due to a change in the customer’s preferences, measurements, design requirements, or information provided after production may be subject to additional charges.

Once production has started or materials have been purchased specifically for an order, cancellation or modification may be subject to applicable charges.
Any refund, cancellation, or adjustment will depend on the stage of production, materials already purchased, work completed, and other applicable costs.
Customers should contact DarziDarwazePe as soon as possible if they wish to cancel or modify an order.
All content displayed on the DarziDarwazePe website, including text, logos, graphics, photographs, images, designs, branding, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to DarziDarwazePe unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, or use our content, designs, branding, or images for commercial or other purposes without prior written permission.
